About Us

Renovating your home can be a daunting thought. For that reason, it is of utmost importance for you to have the faith and security you need in your contractor. I have had tools in my hand since I was old enough to hold them and come from a long history of the same. Renovating is very different than new construction and requires a unique perspective in order to efficiently tackle the project.

One of the issues I hear all too often are clients getting a quote from a contractor and hiring him off that price alone, only to later be approached many times for more money to cover "unexpected" problems. This practice is unfair and dishonest in my opinion. A professional contractor should be able to provide a complete turn key proposal for the entire project including the inevitable unforeseen issues. That is the nature of remodeling.

I take great pride in providing honest, full estimates up front to give the client the true picture of the cost of the project ahead. Many times there is a tight budget that must be worked within and I am happy to suggest scenarios that best fit that budget. I rarely, if ever, require additional money after the project and estimate have been accepted and is under way. The exception of course is the addition of items by the customer as the job unfolds. Providing a low estimate to get the job, only to increase it significantly once in the door is a pet peeve of mine and will not happen with me.

I have spent many years renovating kitchens and baths to include everything from simple cabinet swaps to complete renovations of the primary living floor to incorporate the open concept rooms that are sought after by many.

I take a "what would I want in my house" approach to everything I do. Rest assured i take great pride in protecting your home while your work is being completed just as I do the work itself. Both are of equal importance to me.
